In 2026, Atomic partnered with Cartier for the launch of its new Novelty watch, developing a virtual try-on experience in augmented reality on Snap. The studio produced high-fidelity 3D modelling of the timepiece to capture the precision of its finishes, the rendering of its materials and the house's iconic aesthetic. Powered by real-time wrist-tracking technology, the interactive Lens lets users virtually try the watch on straight from their smartphone, with no store visit required. Atomic handled the 3D modelling and the implementation of the virtual try-on. Designed to fit into the omnichannel customer journey, the setup extends the product experience from digital to the point of sale and drives conversion in the luxury segment. Result: 18 seconds of average engagement with the brand and its new product.
